I\'m energized everyday in using my faith, and my professional & civic career experiences, and my gained knowledge in leading the next generations to serve our clients and each other. I grew up in a family engineering business where I learned as a teenager the importance of interpersonal relationships with employees and customers and know as a result how organization culture matters greatly. These values held true for me in 25 years of international manufacturing and 15+ years in US healthcare business management as I learned and then led in areas of engineering, business development & administration management for new site start-ups and ongoing operations in the USA, Europe, Mexico, South America and Asia.
