   Managing a team that is responsible for the design and production of all avionics on the Raptor Engine. Including harnessing, flight computer and instrumentation. Established the group and staffed up to a cross functional team of ~20 in only a few months, defined org structure with roles and responsibilities, hired leaders, engineers and production staff. Responsible for detailed design roadmap, manufacturing roadmap and overall budget for development and production. Established a culture of extreme ownership where the engineers support their products from cradle to grave. Including establishing design/performance requirements, qualifying hardware for space flight, demonstrating reliability and supporting on console during launch to quickly respond to any issues. Regularly provide updates to all levels of exec leadership.
