I enjoy helping our clients provide the right benefits to their employees around the world - maximising the return on employee benefits spend. I have 30 years\' experience in the world of employee benefits, 22 of those in international field with a particular focus on M&A, change and governance. I am a UK and German actuary, married with four children. We enjoy getting out into the countryside, and I have done my best to make sure that, although we live in Munich, that the children see the Yorkshire Dales as \"home\" too.
