Leading development and Delivery of KPMG\'s groundbreaking Global M&A Leadership Program - developing the next generation of corporate M&A executives to lead on the inorganic growth agenda \"Beyond the Deal\". The program engages an annual cohort of senior client dealmakers in face-to-face modules in London and Chicago where they network, and learn from each-other, from KPMG, and from amazing external speakers (including entrepreneurs, CEOs, hostage negotiators, experts from Formula 1 and NASA, communications coaches and professors from Oxford, Cambridge, LBS and Chicago). Our innovative approach addresses the leadership, persuasion and communications skills needed to navigate complex, transformational deals in large, multi-dimensional organisations.
