ABOUT MATTHEW GRAHAM

I am an internationally mobile, highly driven subsea production system project lead with a Subsea Engineering and Offshore Technician background. I strive for customer success in delivering integrated project solutions ahead of schedule and within budget. I engage customers early and frequently seek out opportunities for the business in helping customer\'s align and prioritise there concurrent projects. I achieve this by developing integrated schedules spanning across multiples subsea asset portfolios and working with the customer to prioritise projects. I liaise with internal stakeholders to align resources, remove barriers and plan for successful execution.I enjoy the intensity of managing the delivery of critical path, time constrained and technically challenging subsea production systems to our valued customers. I motivate and empower those around me to take responsibility and ownership of their tasks, driving small teams to success by leading from the front with integrity and passion. I am a high output individual who is always searching for ways of streamlining functions and processes; simplifying the way we do things in an effort to become a lower cost service provider and grow the market share by creating new opportunities for the business.I have successfully coordinated critical path projects, including multiple workover package refurbishment projects; utilising field service and workshop technicians, spanning across multiple work sites that are operational 24/7. I have also successfully lead the tender of a large, long-term frame agreement contract for Light Well Intervention Services for a major multinational operator.Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge through Concept, FEED, delivery of hardware, maintenance and installation vertical oil systems, deep water vertical gas systems, enhanced vertical gas systems, horizontal systems gas systems and enhance horizontal oil systems throughout the north west area of Australia.
