ABOUT GRAHAM HURDLE

I started in driver training in 1989 prior to that I worked in a Hospital A&E department. It was during my time in A&E that I became passionate about road safety, after seeing almost daily the outcome of poor driving. My career in road safety started with teaching learner drivers. Although I got great satisfaction from getting learners through the driving test, I wanted to do more. At that time companies were starting to see the benefits of defensive driver training, this was where I saw my career and Pro-Drive was born.Pro-Drive became a very successful business, providing both online and on-road driver training. The combination of online assessments and on-road training became a dilemma to me, as I didn\'t want our clients thinking the assessments were used solely to feed the on-road training side of the business. This was never the case, but even so the question was asked a few times. The answer was to split the business and sell the on-road training to the IAM.In 2006 E-Training World was born as a totally independent online Driver Assessment and training company. This independent business model allows us to partner other organisations such as insurance companies as well as providing companies with Fleets large and small with accurate risk assessments and targeted online driver training.
