At Microsoft, I lead personalized email marketing for Copilot, delivering programs that reach millions with clarity, relevance, and impact.In addition to my core role, I lead AI upskilling efforts across Microsoft\'s Consumer Marketing organization. I\'ve developed training resources, presented to global teams, and helped marketers apply AI tools to drive smarter, more effective work.I care about customer experience, clean systems, and strategy that leads to action. My work sits where data meets storytelling, and where performance is built on purpose.Outside of work, I’m a marathon runner who finds calm and clarity in training. I serve on the Emerging Leaders Board for the University of Portland, where I stay connected to the community that shaped me.
