About Graham D.
Recent graduate from Columbia University\'s MS Real Estate Development Program. In the MSRED program I explored the intersection of finance and design in how they shape the built environment. At Columbia I received the grade of High Pass in Finance II, Finance Real Estate Investment Fundamentals, Legal Principals of Real Estate, Environmental Sustainability in Real Estate and Predevelopment & Development Analysis. Additionally I took a course in Affordable Housing Finance.My capstone project was done in the Joint Real Estate/Architecture Studio and involved an adaptive reuse of PS 64 in the East Village. The project combined affordable and market rate rental housing, condos and activated the ground plane with commercial spaces to invite people into the project and create a vibrant addition to the East Village.
