ABOUT GRAHAM
Prior to co-founding Cityflats, I built my career in acquisitions and investments with a focus on multi-residential assets across Canada. I held roles with a publicly traded company in Western Canada and an institutional investment management firm in Toronto, gaining experience sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence, and executing transactions.I’ve been involved in large, complex acquisitions that required disciplined financial underwriting, creative deal structuring, and a strong understanding of debt financing. At Cityflats, I apply this expertise across the full investment lifecycle, from acquisitions and development to asset management, with a focus on structuring deals that balance risk and return and executing investments with institutional-level discipline. My goal is to create long-term value by combining rigorous analysis with entrepreneurial execution.At Cityflats, we see a generational opportunity to deliver high-quality rental housing across Canada, with a focus on southeastern Ontario.
