ABOUT COREY GRAHAM
Corey is a Certified Professional Coach, leadership development facilitator, and speaker. He is the co-founder of M.A.D.E. To Lead, a boutique leadership development firm that exists to accelerate the practice of Courageous Personal Leadership through coaching, programs, keynotes and events. M.A.D.E. To Lead is founded on the belief that anyone-regardless of leadership position or title-can make a decision every day to lead courageously, and that is when our personal lives, teams, organizations, and communities truly thrive. Corey’s desire for coaching began within the world of mentoring and coaching athletes. Today, M.A.D.E. To Lead serves as the vehicle for expanding his work through coaching individuals and teams toward optimal performance. Professionally, Corey worked for years in the financial services industry. In recent years, Corey served as a Case Manager and Leadership Coach for Cabarrus Health Alliance on the Public Health Solutions team. In this role, he coached students and adults across the county on navigating challenging relationships and growing in their leadership skills. He most recently served as a College and Career Coach with Jobs For America\'s Graduates. In this role, he worked with teachers in efforts to maximize their relationships with students, and worked with students to expand their ability to advocate for what they need, effectively communicate with adults, and build out their own personal development map. Corey has worked with coaching clients within the non-profit and corporate sectors, and is passionate about Courageous Personal Leadership.
