I’m a Staff-level Product Designer who helps teams make sense of complex, high-stakes product problems, especially in multi-customer systems where people are making important decisions involving trust, time, or money.I’ve spent over a decade working across marketplaces, fintech, travel, and consumer products, often in ambiguous, transactional spaces where small details can determine whether someone feels confident to continue or decides to walk away. My strength is turning that ambiguity into clarity: helping teams frame the right problems, evaluate real tradeoffs, and move forward with confidence.I care deeply about how experiences feel from beginning to end. Even when a product technically works, it can still fail if people feel rushed, confused, or uncertain about their choices. When that happens, trust erodes, and users don’t come back. I design end-to-end journeys that are intuitive, fair, and grounded in real user needs, especially in moments that matter.In practice, I help teams:• Clarify the problem before jumping to solutions• Design flows that balance speed, clarity, and business constraints• Use prototyping early to align product, design, and engineering• Make deliberate decisions that scale across systems, not just screensI’m especially drawn to products where digital decisions have real-life consequences.
