I lead my amazing team of 7 to support the recruitment of our Operational functions across Water, Water Recycling, Customer Services and Wholesale. As part of this role I work strategically with our key stakeholders both internally and externally to focus on the following areas: Champion Diversity and Inclusion Continuous improvement of our systems and processes Strategic planning of resources to maximise ROI & reduce time to offer Train and mentor within my team and wider team Work with external stakeholders to help within the community Represent the company externally and work with varying community groups and external peer groups Provide external market guidance Support with internal stakeholder training across the wider group
