At M Group I am a Senior Project Manager for an IT TOM reorganisation suite of projects. This is a mixed role, managing different Scrum teams in ADO and Waterfall tools and approaches such as KeyedIn and covering numerous technologies such as the end-to-end implementation of Amazon Connect for a 300-seat call centre and numerous RPA projects using Power Automate. A highly visible and challenging role, with a budget of £3.5 million resulting in large FTE savings and reporting to CTO/CIO level in M Group. All projects involve the production of business cases, full plans and full financials needing approval at M Group board level.
