Provides leadership and mentoring to develop energy management skills and ensure our Clients meet their regulatory obligations, with specific emphasis on the following Clients and programs:• New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) – Working with the Administrative Support Services Group (ASSG) in the implementation of the Comprehensive Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) created to meet the obligations and targets of Executive Order 88 (EO88), mandated to achieve system wide savings of 20% by 2020, using self-funded and externally funded initiatives in collaboration with the New York Power Authority (NYPA), Consolidated Edison (ConEd) and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Current projects includes an 8MW “micro-grid” fuel cell installation, central power house replacements and LED lighting retrofits. • New York Department of Corrections (DOC) – Review of Energy Management and Operation & Maintenance procedures at Rikers Island, New York.
