ABOUT GRAHAM WALLHEAD

As a PRINCE2 and MSP certified Senior Project / Programme Manager, with almost two decades of experience, I specialise in helping businesses to deliver their long-term vision, strategy and change agenda by implementing innovative, technology-driven solutions. I am a true end-to-end delivery expert, winning new projects at the pre-sale and RFI / RFP process and seeing these from the requirements gathering, business analysis and planning stages right through to delivery. With an effective combination of technical expertise and commercial awareness, I successfully manage the system, process and people changes associated with the projects I deliver. This often requires extensive C-level engagement to obtain support for change whilst leveraging my strong leadership capabilities to inspire a shared commitment to the achievement of business objectives amongst internal / offshore resources and external stakeholders alike. Keeping up to date with the latest technological advancements is vital in my line of work and, as well as recent involvement in digital, SaaS and cloud-based projects, I am currently working towards Cyber Security Ethical Hacker certification. This enables me to provide a truly holistic approach to the management of projects and to ensure that the solutions I recommend are tailored according to the specific needs of the business.
