ABOUT GRAHAM FRANK
I am a follower of Jesus, a husband, a father, an engineer, a leader.I’m a business professional and civil engineer specializing in business development and strategic growth. I rally the team around key objectives that move the needle on projects in the design build space. I love to compete and involve others to achieve wins as a team because celebrating is so much better in community.With a background in civil engineering and an MBA, my career has spanned leadership roles in marketing, development, communications, and human resources. I have successfully implemented branding frameworks, launched corporate partnership programs, and developed data-driven strategies to enhance donor engagement and project funding. In 2015 I helped to establish the EMI development department and by God’s grace we have been able to see consistent growth over the years since. My role as the development director for EMI includes stewarding donor relationships, marketing EMI, development team leadership, and helping to lead organizational change. I am a trail runner, and mountain athlete who believes that downhill is best enjoyed after all the uphill switchbacks have been covered. Each winter, you can find our family of nine enjoying the peace and solitude of the Colorado wilderness as we ring in the new year in a backcountry hut.
