Organise and manage all special freight for the Engine Plant• Own all Cross Dock related stock queries • Investigate all end destination delivery failures specifically for EMC• Manage all slow moving deliveries and ensuring SLA delivery times are met or tracked• Manage and escalate all non-adhering material on arrival - Damage / Packaging• Customer engagement - ensuring strong working relationships are in place and maintained• Plan and manage parts from all Rest of world suppliers into Engine Plant • Manage all Priority freight costs for EMC and arrange freight for all teams
