Developing robust routines and policies to ensure compliance as a UK sponsor and consistent approach across the organization.Preparation and submission of UK sponsor licence and associated responsibilities as level 1 user.Creation of remote work and overseas working policies liaising with key stakeholders as required.Providing updates and training session & material for HR and line managers.
