ABOUT GRAHAM POULTON

With 20 years experience in Agribusiness and the Crop Protection Industry, and having held several senior leadership positions in different companies, I have extensive experience of what it takes to develop innovative, value added solutions to meet both internal and external customer needs. For the last 5 years I have developed and led the Digital Agronomy strategy for UPL worldwide, focusing on better use of the company\'s R&D field trials data, as well as use of emerging technologies, to improve operating efficiencies, speed of decision making and the ability to gain new product insights. My team work closely with a range of internal stakeholders, including Product Management and Information Technology teams, as well as external-facing Marketing & Sales teams to identify opportunities to turn internal solutions into direct sale opportunities worth more than 100 M USD annually. Alongside the use of drones, another technology that has really caught my interest is Virtual Reality. I welcome conversations with anyone, especially those who share my excitement for the transformational opportunity that digital and technology solutions can have on how we engage with customers, overcome challenges and gain efficiencies in day-to-day operations.
