Graham is an intuitive and business-minded non-profit leader focused on building the teams and systems necessary to make an impact on youth in every community a Tim Hortons operates. His first job as a teenager was in the kitchen at a Tims Camp. Decades later, he helms the leading youth-development organization, ensuring best-in-class programing that is focused on meeting the needs of today’s youth, addressing mental health, academic preparedness, and social and emotional learning. Graham joined Tim Hortons Foundation Camps as president in 2020 after serving on the Board of Directors. More than just a camp, Tim Hortons Foundation Camps removes barriers for underserved youth, empowering them with skills and experiences to take control of their lives. Graham’s deep knowledge of the Tim Hortons system, his experience managing and mentoring teams, and his dedication to community service drive him to help youth achieve their best.
