I’m the CEO and Co-Founder of Mind the AI Gap. I work with senior leaders of transport operators and complex enterprises to close the gap between AI ambition and real-world execution.I help leadership teams who feel the pressure to “do AI” but want clarity before committing time, budget, and risk. I led large-scale service delivery, cloud, security, and digital transformation across a highly regulated, safety-critical transport organisation where operational excellence mattered every day.Earlier in my career, I held senior service and operations leadership roles at HomeServe, Provident Financial Group, Fujitsu, and IBM.
