I have over 35 years’ experience in the profession as a business coach, helping entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes to achieve their full potential by improving their performance and implementing practical programmes of profit and performance improvement.I am also a profit improvement, cost reduction & tax saving specialist and financial advisor at board level to a wide variety of businesses with turnovers ranging from £70k to £70m, in roles demanding strong leadership skills, strategic technical abilities and persistence in resolving complex issues. I have worked with clients in a wide range of industries including, Agriculture, Construction, Engineering, Family Business, Manufacturing, Owner-Managed, Tourism, Transport, Wholesale, Real Estate / Investment, Retail and Service Industries.
