I provide guidance, training, and support to ensure that the team meets its goals and objectives.Risk Management: I assess and mitigate risks associated with potential clients and transportation, such as delays, damages, or regulatory compliance issues. This may involve implementing safety protocols, insurance coverage, credit checks and contingency plans.Financial Management: I am responsible for managing certain financial aspects of the brokerage, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenses and revenue.
