Manage inbound activity for the Emeryville warehouse, ensuring compliance with cGMP, DOT,OSHA and TSA regulations, as well as all financial ICS requirements.•Daily responsibility to maintain facility compliance and training as well as host regulatory auditors from state and federal agencies such as: FDA, FAA, TSA, DOT and international agencies such as the EMEA•Hosting and responding directly to regulatory auditors and agencies.•Perform and ensure all SAP transactions are performed, compliantly and accurately•Inventory accuracy target set at 95%, with actual accuracy at 100% consistently.•Budget Planning and Management•Effectively manage multiple projects, develop policies and procedures write SOPs and review. Periodically.•Certifications: Certified Cargo Screener DHS and TSA, Certified Forklift Operator.•Develop and implement Goals & Objectives, and PMP evaluations for staff in line with corporate G&O.•Oversee mail room. And SMI ordering of non-GMP supplies and replenishment•Oversee sound inventory management practices including timely and accurate transactions in SAP, cycle counting and inventory reconciliations as well as returns and disposal of materials/products.•Coordinate site distribution activities to ensure materials are available for production as per plan.
