The Nucleus Coach. I have founded Nucleus Coach and Consulting because in this next phase of my career I now want to make a difference by sharing my passion for developing great people and delivering improved results, thus enabling others to accelerate their own personal development and consequently improve their business. My coaching approach is best described as • making a difference • developing great people • delivering improved results After leading the delivery of world class QCD performance in “Britain’s Best Factory” Premier Exhaust Systems,(Awarded by Cranfield University and Management Today 1993) I was challenged by Unipart to codify this pioneering approach as a co-author of the Unipart Way (Unipart’s lean and continuous improvement philosophy.) This architecture has now been applied to over 40 sites worldwide delivering outstanding performance to some of the world’s best companies. Since then, in my role as Managing Director Unipart Rail Infrastructure and Manufacturing, I have repeatedly delivered sales and profit growth, by adapting and transferring this learning, into a variety of businesses across several sectors including automotive and rail. This has been underpinned by employee engagement levels, benchmarked at 4 times the national average, delivered by the teams that I have had the privilege of leading.
