I am currently a manager of Professional services at Cato networks. I look after a team of engineers across multiple countries both in Europe and APJ.As part of my role, I ensure that the Professional Services team is fully enabled and we leverage all the team and service capabilities on our deployments to ensure success and happiness of our customers.I manage, forecast, and monitor resource capacity and utilization, staffing appropriately all customer engagementsMaximizing services revenue and ensure high utilization rates of the team at all times is an every day activity.I am always looking for ways to improve and enhance the services methodologies to drive efficiency and consistencyI\'m responsible for any customer escalations and ensuring rapid resolution to any issues that arise.As team manager, I am also responsible for recruiting and developing career paths for team members that allow for growth and development.I have impeccable skills at explaining technical information to both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels within the business. I am very good at working under pressure, and meeting deadlines within very tight timescales.I try to ensure I have a great team around me and always reach out to offer help to colleagues and team members whenever they require it.
