Since 2017, I have been embarking in the world of recruiting and haven\'t looked back. I joined Fluent Inc, in 2019 as the People Associate focusing on recruiting across all departments and the other half working with our People Operations Manager dealing with all facility matters. As time has progressed I was promoted to recruiter in 2021 and shifted the majority of my responsibilities to recruiting.
