ABOUT GRAHAM DOWNS

An adventure trip to the Yukon in the early 90\'s resulted in a 30+ year career in the mineral exploration industry. After numerous field years in mineral exploration and geology and relevant education, I took on increasing responsibilities with one of Yukon\'s premier geological and engineering consulting companies (Archer, Cathro & Associates). While with this group, I transitioned to a public company as Manager of Corporate Communications and Development with roles that included First Nation relations, structuring companies, optioning properties, forming JV\'s and the outright sale of companies. In 2007, I took on the role of CEO at ATAC Resources Ltd, which at that time was a project generator. In 2010, ATAC discovered high-grade Carlin-Type gold mineralization at its Rackla Gold Property, elevating the Company\'s profile and market cap to a level allowing us to raise well over $100 million to explore the property. In July 2023, ATAC Resources Ltd. was sold to Hecla Mining Company in a spin-out transaction that resulted in the creation of Cascadia Minerals Ltd.
