Worked with an extensive range of instrumentation in process control industries. I have been involved in medium to large projects from initial design stages to installation and commissioning, startup phases, my 33 years in heavy industry has given me a wealth of knowledge on all instrumentation working principles, varies DCS process control systems and trouble shooting / fault finding on commissioning and live plant scenario`s.Experience with writing shutdown / start-up procedures, maintenance schedules, work permits, and assessing and training personnel to be instrument competent, planning and supervision of onsite sub contractors during yearly shutdowns of plant & start-up commissioning phases, I have experience working individually & as a valued member of a team of process engineers. Worked alongside specialist Process Change Management consultant engineers during optimisation of De La Rue banknote paper production, upgrade of plant and fine tuning DCS & PLC`s, commissioning new analyser systems, online Enviromental Protection systems, as well as writing 6 /12 months progress reports.
