Moved to the business side to lead cross-division portfolio migration - initially to move the Credit Suisse business from the Aladdin platform to UBS\'s SimCorp Dimension-centred platform. Now lead all operational and technology business change across Traditional Operations and APAC. Current biggest challenges- Creating a culture of change ownership across the business teams- Building trusted and high-performing teams with business, technology and vendor participants- Balancing startegic programme delivery with long-timelines with immediate solutioning needs for the business today- Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultancies and technology vendors to degfine future states which are transformational for our businessEnabling teams across: Products; Client Coverage; Operations; Investment Room; Risk and Compliance to define and deliver solutions to enable business strategy.Close integration with the Technology agile approach re-engineering how business commissions change by tracking from initial idea to commissioning and accepting Technology solutions.Consider change as a team-sport and my role is often initiator, enabler and driver for delivery. We learn so much by doing - so getting started in key, and once on the journey being flexible to changing course and approach with the end goal in mind.
