ABOUT GRAHAM CHILDS

I am an executive operations leader with extensive experience owning and scaling end-to-end operating models in complex, regulated, and fast-growing organisations. My background spans global service delivery, commercial performance, workforce leadership, and large-scale transformation, operating at senior leadership and board level.I served as Senior Vice President of Operations at RWS, where I was accountable for end-to-end operational performance across a multi-service global division delivering over £150m in annual revenue. My remit covered service delivery, pricing, quality, risk, customer experience, and performance management across 600+ staff. I also held a leadership role in defining and delivering the organisation’s company-wide End-to-End Operations Strategy, aligning operating model design, performance frameworks, and investment priorities to long-term business objectives.Across my career, I have led enterprise-scale transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, post-merger integration, and efficiency initiatives delivering £10m+ in savings, while improving resilience, scalability, and customer outcomes. I work closely with CEOs, Boards, and senior leadership teams to translate strategy into executable plans and build leadership structures that sustain performance.My leadership style is commercially grounded, data-led, and people-centred. I focus on clarity of accountability, strong governance, and empowering leaders to own outcomes. Alongside my executive career, I have held non-executive and voluntary leadership roles, including Chair of Trustees at Home-Start Erewash, providing strategic oversight, governance, and organisational assurance in a community-focused environment.I am now open to senior operational leadership roles where I can apply my experience in enterprise operations, transformation, and scale, including COO, VP/SVP Operations, and Operations Director positions.
