Founded in Impact Environmental Group (IEG) has rapidly expanded into a global leader in environmental products and services. Our growth trajectory is marked by a series of strategic acquisitions and innovations that have significantly broadened our capabilities and market presence.In 2019, IEG made its first major acquisition by bringing Roll-Tech Molding Products into the fold, a company known for its eco-friendly compression molded rubber cart wheels made from recycled truck tires. This move was followed by the acquisition of Northern Extrusion in 2021, enabling us to control our supply chain and integrate recycled materials into our production processes. That same year, we expanded further by acquiring Midland Chutes, a provider of comprehensive trash chute systems for high-rise buildings, and Egbert Taylor, a leading UK-based manufacturer of galvanized metal waste containers, thus enhancing our footprint in Europe and the Middle East.Our portfolio of brands now includes Roll-Tech, Midland Chutes, United Compaction Services, Deroche Canvas, Tarp Depot, Duraflex (US), Duraflex (UK), Taylor (UK), UKCM (UK) and Capital Compactors and Balers (UK).
