ABOUT GRAHAM BLACKMAN ST
I have worked as a career development coach/mentor in the People Plus Skills Academy providing employability support to various individuals, including young offenders, refugees, managing learning difficulties including people with autism,anxiety and depression. I have helped improve their well being, improving their social, personal and professional development, encouraged positive outlooks leading to sustainable and long term employment. Securing a long standing future by supporting and recognising skills and attributes necessary to enhance recognition for the furthest away from securing a sustainable goal. Two of the most important key skills needed are Emotional Intelligence and the Growth Mindset with a strength in coaching and mentoring techniques for which I am highly skilled.I am available as a volunteer or consultant in the field of Information Advice and Guidance.
