As an experienced Senior Project Leader for a number of major events, with a reputation for excellent client communication and a hands-on attitude with a work ethic that leads by example. My successes include project management of the Rugby World Cup at Twickenham, including planning with the ER2015 team and supporting the operational delivery of 200 colleagues during each match. Project Manager for CSP`s operations at the Olympic Park throughout the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2012, responsible for over 12 venues and up to casual colleagues working on a 24-hour basis throughout games time. Lead Project Manager for CSP`s operations at the Paris 2018 Ryder Cup and 2023 Ryder Cup in Rome. Responsible for planning and delivery of all parking operations and checkpoint operations. Contracting local companies and managing a team of 10 Operations Managers and 250 local staff. Head of CSP`s Golf division for several years overseeing the management team for 20+ tournaments per year, providing support, advice, and traffic management consultancy.Lead project manager working with a partner company to provide transport operations for many of the country’s top events such as G7 Summit, COP 26, The queens Funeral, and Kings coronation as well as a large number of major annual events, such as Ride London, the London Marathon, Royal Ascot and The Epsom Derby Festival, as well as being the senior overview for CSP event day operations at Twickenham, Tottenham Hotspur, London Stadium, Chelsea Football Clubs and various other major stadia.
