Coordinated multi-national and cross-functional teams, working with key sectors of governments and national stakeholders to provide technical assistance in different areas of health and development across 70+ countries.• Led the development of institutional and political analyses as well as investment cases in 50+ countries, supporting governments prioritize key areas of health.• Advanced new methodologies in health econometric analysis (taxes on harmful products, mental health, tobacco, air pollution, access to health technologies and medicines, neglected tropical diseases, etc.).• Designed and rolled out a health governance programme strengthening national multisectoral coordination, strategic planning, transparency, and accountability in 10 countries. • Assisted in expanding team’s portfolio from 2 consultants /<USD 500K / 15 countries → 8 staff / USD 3M / 70+ countries.• Managed design, implementation, and donor engagement for five projects in GCC countries, aligning governments, donors, and implementers.• Led the design of a social impact bond to finance alternative livelihoods for farmers in Zambia, creating a Joint Programme between UNDP, FAO, WHO, WFP, ILO & BNP Paribas.• Assisted UNDP country offices in resource mobilization including grant proposal support, and assisting in establishing and representing UNDP on the Health4Life Fund.• Developed resource mobilization strategies, grant proposals, and new partnerships (e.g. Africa & Gulf CDC, across UNDP and UN agencies).• Led in advancing UN Joint Programmes on investment cases for mental health, nutrition, and road safety among others. • Fully leveraged online UN Volunteer programme to recruit and coordinate 300+ online volunteers, scaling our team’s delivery capacity.
