Vivent Health is one of the nation’s largest providers of HIV prevention, care and treatment services operating clinics nationwide including Wisconsin, Texas, Missouri, Illinois and Colorado. The unique, nationally recognized Vivent Health HIV Medical home model assures that everyone with HIV has access to medical, dental, mental health and social services and provides the best opportunity for patients to achieve high quality health outcomes. As the Director of Development, I am a collaborative and entrepreneurial front-line-fundraiser building a sustainable development program focused on major gifts in the Greater Denver region by: 1) building relationships with donors, corporations, foundations, and internal partners 2) focusing on growth and expansion to new prospects 3) deepening existing donor relationships and qualifying and cultivating new potential donors to further expand major gift efforts regionally. • Leads all fundraising efforts in the region, managing a portfolio of 100-150 prospects and securing gifts of and above • Identifies top major gift prospects from within and outside Vivent Health’s network • Develops individual strategies for prospects and creates a comprehensive stewardship program in partnership with development team and communications • Works closely with all levels of leadership to strategically identify funding opportunities and execute strategy • Acts as liaison and supporter to key philanthropic community organizations, small businesses, third party fundraiser and employee groups • Manages and designs donor cultivation and local stewardship events including Open House tours and donor receptions • Involves and manages Senior Leadership as necessary in face-to-face cultivation, solicitation, renewal, and stewardship actions for regional top major donors and prospects • Works with Communications to develop and refine fundraising materials, including a Case for Support and donor reports via print, website, and social media

ABOUT MANDY LOUIS
My guiding principle is to inspire others to make the world a little kinder and better place for every human. I recently learned that the Greek root of \"Philanthropy\" is Phil-anthropy and it means Love of humankind. I don\'t know whether I chose my career, or my career chose me but I am grateful for the alignment. I grew up in Alief, Texas - one of the most diverse communities in the country. I believe diversity is the secret sauce to our humanity and most of us that grew up in Alief are beyond grateful for how that diversity molded us and prepared us for the world we live in today. My loves of UGK, tacos, Vietnamese food and street art are all born from the \'lief. Fun facts: Huge theatre/art/dance nerd. I thought I wanted to be a Stage Manager when I grew up. Have thrown four galas, chaired two more, and worked/volunteered with more events than I can count. Ask me about my itineraries - they are the thing of legend.
