Our Global Sourcing team sits across UK & I, US, Mexico, Spain, Poland, Croatia and Czech Republic with a key focus on our people I work to ensure that every day I motivate and inspire the team whilst demonstrating the behaviours that make AMS industry leading. My role is also responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering sourcing capability across a number of regions and being a trusted strategic partner. As Head of Sourcing my role sees accountability across a number of different pillars: People, Client, Operations, Service Innovation and Evolution and Financial/Commercial delivery. Our sourcing function provides a range of services to our client groups which includes providing expert advice on effective sourcing strategies, drive attraction campaigns and execute sourcing strategy and plans focused on passively sourcing niche candidates. We closely with the onsite client delivery teams to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness and ensure we drive not just service excellence to our clients but also high quality delivery.
