ABOUT GRAEME SCOUGALL

A specialist in dealing with all aspects of Asset Based Lending including Factoring, Discounting, Trade Finance, Asset Finance, Commercial Loans / Mortgages and Structured Finance. In addition to the above I also have an extensive knowledge of the UK Commercial Banking sector and links into private equity partners.I have worked within the UK Banking and Commercial Finance market for over 20 years holding positions at all levels with Clydesdale Bank PLC and Bibby Financial Services as Associate Director since December 2001.I have recently (October 2014) been appointed as a Business Growth Manager with Team North Ayrshire, part of North Ayrshire Council. I will be responsible for pro-actively managing and supporting a portfolio of growth potential companies within the area.I will develop and implement sustainable growth strategies for each individual business and support their business aspirations and increase business competitiveness.Specialties: Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels dealing with introducers, prospective clients and staff. I have the ability to identify and nurture both sources of introduction and potential business opportunities in an efficient and effective manner.I lead by example and encourage people around me to adopt successful strategies focusing on their core strenghts.
