At Keepmoat Homes I work as the eCRM Manager in the Digital Marketing team. My main role is setting up customer journeys for both pre sales prospecting and after sales customers, following our customers through their home buying experience helping to keep them informed and up to date on our latest offers and updates. I manage our cross channel marketing platform (Cheetah Digital) for multiple regional marketing coordinators across our nationwide offices. I have a strong background in data analysis with a great understanding of how data is used within the marketing landscape. I have helped to integrate our CRM platform with the marketing system in order to automate data transfers between the systems and add extra insight/analysis to the sales process.Here are some of the key area’s I have covered:• Manage the marketing platform for delivery of email and SMS marketing, ensuring we make full use of the technology and have the correct contract in place in order to keep on budget and increase ROI.• Manage the creation of new email templates within the marketing platform ensuring cross device compatibility and usability were maintained. • Manage the data ordering and delivery for Direct Marketing campaigns across the different regions using mosaic analysis and local knowledge to refine targeting.• Data analysis – Creating maps using Experian Location Analyst, these maps help to plot prospect and sales information to identify key locations for advertising.• Management of our SEO & PPC strategy through an external agency holding regular meetings to ensure ROI goals are met. I also help to manage our Google my business listings to ensure these are up to date and have the correct information.• My understanding of the internal and external systems also helps me to identify any problems in regards to data entry, which in turn enables me to fix any potential issues for lead generation activity.
