Strong international senior executive experience as CEO, COO and CIO in media, technology, and data services, most recently in the agriculture and construction sectors. Primarily focused on delivering turnaround and accelerated growth through clear strategic vision that delivers simplicity and focus to empower the whole organisation. A proven track record in generating double digit revenue growth in businesses across the globe, with revenues in excess of $100m, whilst ensuring the entire business is highly motivated, empowered and goals aligned. Extensive experience in strategic mergers and acquisitions across the globe both on the buy and sell side.Created one of the globe’s leading AgTech companies from scratch, building a clear strategic vision that the 500 FTE’s could align behind, that our customers could engage with and creating significant revenue and asset value growth.Turned around a struggling $100m revenue business to create a business that believed in itself, its products and its data and was generating strong double digit growth to become the leading construction data and analytics business in North America. As Chief Executive Officer, I drive the overall strategy and enjoy helping our teams and partners across the world drive growth, increase productivity and deliver sustainability. With a product and data background, I enjoy spending time with our clients and learning about their challenges and opportunities and working together to deliver against their goals.I have a Masters in Politics and Economics from The University of Glasgow and my first job was to work as a researcher in the House of Commons, before seeing the light and realising that products and data was something I was passionate about. In my personal time, I enjoy getting outside, walking my dog, playing golf and spending time with my wife and two daughters.
