I leverage 2 decades of hospitality experience to build guest experiences and drive my team, whilst supporting growing businesses through my consultancy.Between 2021 and 2023, I spearheaded the launch of 4 major US restaurants, including a sq ft flagship 2 floor rooftop location on Las Vegas Boulevard with annual revenue of $16m. In 2024, I led the Ohio transition to recreational cannabis for Cresco Labs. We achieved and maintained Ohio’s highest chain dispensary market share at 9%. Further, we developed Ohio’s highest performing individual dispensary with annual revenue of $21m.
