Hi, I\'m a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect with a passion for creating scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. I have been working with ServiceNow since 2015, building on a foundation of IT experience that began in 2008, primarily within the ITSM space.With multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications—including ITSM, Software Asset Management, Human Resources, and Discovery—and over 14 ServiceNow micro-certifications, I bring deep expertise across the platform to the table. These certifications reflect my commitment to staying at the forefront of ServiceNow capabilities.I also have a keen interest in the ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM), I\'m a bit of a nerd for it I must confess, and thrive on finding pragmatic ways to deliver solutions aligned with leading practices while also meeting the specific needs and handling constraints unique to each organisation I work with.Strong governance and transparent, data-driven decision-making are central to my approach. They take me to my ‘happy place’ and are concepts I advocate for in every engagement. I am always keen to explain the rationale behind my recommendations, balancing theory with the reality of finding solutions in the constrained conditions that most organisations work within.In my spare time, I stay engaged with the ever-changing ServiceNow and IT landscape, terrorise natural language processing models with transistor-twisting questions, and practice martial arts.
