I am a Bioscientist and Drug Discovery Leader with diverse experience leading functional and multidisciplinary drug discovery teams. This background, allied with my membership of Global leadership teams, has given me an in depth knowledge of drug discovery within the Pharmaceutical Industry working across big pharma, academia and CRO sectors. I have an excellent track record of innovative project delivery from early target identification through assay build and screening, to candidate drug delivery.
