I am currently the Head of Advisory and Transaction Services at Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI) in Boston. LMI’s Transaction Services group is an internal consulting team focused on supporting the business of investing by providing guidance on valuation, structuring, capital management, derivatives, accounting policy, and financial reporting across all asset classes. We partner with LMI’s investment professionals to navigate through complex transactions during each phase of the transaction process from due-diligence to operational execution and on-going financial reporting, and we are also responsible for accounting policy across all of LMI\'s asset classes. We have a particular focus on transactions in Private Equity, Real Estate, Energy Transition and Infrastructure, Structured Products, and Private Lending. LMI manages the $110B investment portfolio of its parent, Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, a Fortune 100 company and a top 5 US general insurer. Liberty Mutual also has a significant global presence operating in 27 countries in Latin America, Europe and Asia.I have spent the majority of my career in various roles in audit and financial reporting in the financial services industry with a focus on managing international teams and engagements.
