ABOUT GRAEME BALFOUR
I have been crafting product and service experiences for users since 1996.Highly experienced in full product lifecycle, from problem exploration, idea generation and strategy definition, through UX/service design and research, all the way through phased agile development to launch, optimisation and growth. Thriving on creative problem solving to balance the user experience and strategy with commercial realities and working this through with stakeholders and users. Experience of agency, client-side and startup, for consumer and b2b sites, web apps and services in government, e-commerce, media/publishing, medical, education among others. Freelance contracts only. When not designing products and services I\'m teaching yoga or massaging, through which I can combine my experience of remaining calm in a stressful workplace with knowledge of ancient practices to relax and restore over-burdened bodies and minds. Otherwise, I\'m exploring creative photography at Bow Arts and The Apartment.
