I am currently engaged as a Client Representative for Vineyard Wind on the Vineyard 1 OWF on the 62 GE Haliade X 13MW WTG installation campaign on board the JUV SEA INSTALLER.Acting as ambassador for Vineyard Wind working alongside the project team (DEME/GE) to promote safety and quality. Manage the communication on behalf of Vineyard Wind between the vessel and the back office/site and ensure the work instructions/RAMS are followed correctly.Monitor, record the timely completion of actions on the DPR and attend all team briefs and toolbox talks. Monitor work activities at the point of work to ensure work instructions are being followed and hazards controlled, with the authority to stop the works completely if safety or quality is being compromised.

I am an experienced Offshore Construction Representative / Lifting Supervisor / AP / Offshore Safety Advisor with a proven track record of managing transportation and installation of on/offshore wind farms throughout the UK / North Sea / Worldwide, for top-tier operators and offshore construction companies.I am highly experienced at supporting OWF projects, during kick off meetings, HAZID / HAZOP, planning and mobilisation. I am adept at working on-board of offshore construction vessels, jack-ups and DP3 vessels to oversee installation of jackets, topside modules, mono-piles, TP’s, nacelles and blades. Furthermore, I monitor and report project status and sign off the daily progress report (DPR), ensuring installation as per client, safety and regulatory requirements. I also managed diverse offshore wind construction teams to get the best out of everyone involved and ensure world class QHSE is delivered.During my career, I have worked for / with many top-tier offshore wind and construction companies, including DEME, Boskalis, Jan De Nul, Ørsted, SSE, RWE, Vattenfall, Sarens, & Mammoet. My achievements include: Adwen engaged Vroon to perform maintenance on 3 OWFs in Denmark and the Baltic Sea. Headhunted as Client Rep to solely manage the MPI Enterprise construction vessel and coordinated €3million maintenance campaign, including replacement of 2 nacelles, 4 gear boxes and 2 main shafts, 3 weeks ahead of schedule with zero LTIs. Vattenfall engaged Boskalis to install the Aberdeen Bay Wind Farm.
