Responsible for all day to day Regulatory Compliance and legal compliance matters as well as matters of Corporate Governance, in the UK, Europe, MiddleEast, Africa and Asia pacific, as well as providing adhoc support to the businesses located in the Americas. Responsibilities included insuring all businesses, employees and third parties worked in compliance with The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and The UK Bribery Act (UKBA) as well as internal policies and procedures, carrying out Internal Audits (this Included assisting the internal audit team with Financial Audits) and Internal investigations, Compliance Reporting, All 3rd Party Due Diligence (Suppliers,Agents Customers -(KYC), development and management of the the third party platform used for the various diligence, Staff (English & Non English speaking) compliance training covering anti-bribery & Corruption (ABC), Anti Money Laundering (AML), Trade Compliance Inc Export Control and The Modern Slavery Act (MSA). In addition was responsible for any required 3rd party compliance training, coaching of said parties on various presentation platforms, and the creation, implementation and updating of the companies Business Ethics Policy (Code of Conduct) and any compliance related strategic communications including newsletters in the regions covered.Review and manage any matters raised through the companies external Whistleblower Hotline including beaches of legislation, policies and procedures and conflict of interest and the management and resolution thereafter. In addition to regulatory and legal compliance matters I was responsible for all elements of strategic logistics and logistics compliance, both Import Export, including adherence to the relevant customs regimes globally and the selection, approval and management of logistics providers.

Most recently working for NYSE Listed Superior Energy Services Inc.(SPN), responsible for all elements of ethics & compliance, compliance reporting, and Risk Management matters in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. This included International trade matters and all Import Export compliance matters. Prior to joining Superior Graeme spent six years at US Private Equity led Proserv, as Group Compliance & Logistics Manager, responsible for all elements of compliance as well as logistics from a strategic perspective. Previously Graeme spent almost five years at Expro International, responsible for the creation and management of the third Party Due Diligence program, Compliance Training, the Internal Controls Management system and Export Controls. Prior to working for Expro he worked for General Electric (Oil & Gas Division) based in Aberdeen in various supply chain, compliance and trade control positions including a period working in Angola. He has a proven ability to analyse complex business issues, determine best alternatives and implement plans to reach targeted goals.
