We also have teams for File Review guidance and a Technical Helpdesk who can support and provide you with a regulatory radar to keep you abreast and ahead of regulatory change.As Head of Consultancy, I oversee the team of Consultants who are responsible for delivering high quality regulatory support and guidance to Paradigm firms. They consult with these firms and facilitate the implementation of any regulatory changes or other business-related issues and also undertake regulatory visits (ensuring that the content of the visit meets the firm\'s requirements) including risk assessment visits, risk and appraisal reports and supervision.I also regularly run compliance sessions at our extremely popular Best Practice and Paradigm Forum events which are open to all financial advisers to attend.
