I drive technology enabled Finance transformation, primarily in the Financial service sector but also to non-FS clients.Responsibilities include- Design and delivery lead on EPM planning and forecasting implementation. Predominately this is in Anaplan but also Oracle and other solutions. In the last 3 years I have been involved in a number of deliveries implementing solutions such as strategic modelling/scenario analysis, Driver based revenue and BS models, Cost allocation/Cost management solutions, Treasury management and Plan aggregation and reporting- Practice SMR /proposition lead on Cost management solutions and allocation methodology. Supporting a number of clients better understanding their cost base to drive decision making- A SMR on leading practice FP & A/Decision support in a tech enabled world. Developing our FP & A proposition’s within the practice. I have helped a number of clients reshape their approach to FP & A and enhance tooling- Consultative sales - building a client portfolio and winning business including proposals, pitching and contracting and ongoing relationships - EPM practice and people development - Drive cross practice collaboration to bring more holistic solutions to our clients
