ABOUT GRAEME SMITH

I have over 25 years’ experience in the digital industry across a number of roles including Delivery Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master. I have a proven track record of leading the delivery of complex projects using both Agile and Waterfall management approaches. I have experience of supporting internal and external development teams, both onsite and remotely, whilst fostering an environment of continuous improvement across the full life cycle of projects. I am always commercially focused, ensuring budgets are managed appropriately and that projects provide a clear and provable ROI. I am also adept at building strong relationships throughout a project including the relationships with senior stakeholders, technical delivery teams and external suppliers.My areas of experience include supporting Digital Transformation, Agile Delivery, Agile Coaching, Stakeholder Management, Product Roadmap development and managing Application Management/BAU teams.
